What most mindfulness experts fail to tell you.

I think mindfulness is a great thing and its not enough. Mindfulness without exercise and other tools can be dangerous. I highly suggest if you are struggling with meditation to start doing cardio as well and eating real food in healthy portions. A healthy diet and exercise is essential for happiness. Mindfulness is a great tool and it should not be your only tool. Try also yoga and Reiki.
