Cancellation Policy

CONSENT This form seeks your consent to be guided for educational purposes. Russell Hill, Ignite Consciousness Gatherings and Ignite Consciousness Group LLC, who offer meditation and relaxation techniques, are not state-licensed therapists, and not physicians. They do not discourage you from consulting any licensed medical or licensed therapeutic professionals. Meditation and relaxation are not substitutes for medical or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment when such attention is needed. PAYMENT AND RESCHEDULING Full payment is to be made before each session and is not refundable. Accepted forms of payment are Venmo or a major credit card. Agreed appointment times will be reserved, and makeup sessions will be offered, except as described below. If you need to reschedule a session for any reason, please let Russell know as soon as possible. If you do not inform him at least 24 hours in advance of the previously agreed session time you will keep only a $35 credit toward the full price of a future session. If you reschedule less than 2 hours before a session time, you will not be given credit for a future session unless there is a documented emergency. If you expect to log in to the session late, please let Russell know as soon as possible. The session will end at the originally agreed time. If you are not logged in with Russell by 20 minutes after the agreed start time, the remainder of the session will be automatically cancelled, and no makeup session will be offered. You must fully pay for a session at least 24 hours in advance or it will be automatically cancelled. AGREEMENT You agree to participate in one-on-one Zoom sessions under the above conditions. No guarantee or promises of cure have been, or will be, made. There are no other agreements, oral or written, between you, Russell Hill and/or Ignite Consciousness Gatherings, and/or Ignite Consciousness Group LLC. By booking this session, you agree that you have read this form, understand its contents, and consent to them and the meditation and relaxation service offered. You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
